Choose by string count and voltage: the 1-string 500 V box suits a single-MPPT inverter or controller; the 2-string 1000 V box combines two strings into one run; the 4-string box adds a 63 A breaker and lightning arrester for a larger array or a ground mount with a long cable run. Each listing gives the fuse, breaker and surge ratings.
Fit the combiner as close to the array as practical, bond the earth terminal, and have a licensed electrician make the connections. We will confirm the right box for your string layout if you send the panel model and count.
