Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are not included in our pricing.
These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Carrier issues outside our control

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged:

    • Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
    • Any visible damage to the package or product must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing for the shipment.
    • Shipping damage must be reported to Rocksolar within 24 hours of delivery.
    • To process a damage claim, customers must provide:
      • Photos of the damaged product
      • Photos of the shipping packaging
      • Photos of the shipping label
    • All original packaging materials must be retained until the claim has been fully reviewed and resolved.
    • Failure to report shipping damage within the required timeframe or failure to provide the requested documentation may result in the carrier denying the claim, and Rocksolar may be unable to offer a replacement or refund.

    We will assist you with a replacement or claim.

    Shipping Restrictions

    Some products may have shipping limitations due to:

    • Size or weight restrictions
    • Hazardous material regulations
    • Carrier limitations

    These restrictions will be noted on applicable product pages.

    Pre-Order Items

    Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are available.
    If you want in-stock items shipped separately, additional shipping fees may apply.

    Holiday Shipping

    During holiday seasons, delivery times may be extended due to carrier volumes.
    We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.
