The ZNShine Solar ZXM7-UHLDD144 Series 555–585W is a high-efficiency N-Type TOPCon bifacial solar module engineered for commercial, industrial, and utility-scale solar installations. Featuring advanced 16-busbar (16BB) half-cell technology and a durable double-glass bifacial design, this module delivers higher energy yield, long-term reliability, and lower levelized cost of electricity (LCOE).
With a maximum module efficiency of up to 22.65%, the ZXM7-UHLDD144 series maximizes power output per square meter, making it ideal for space-optimized solar projects. Its bifacial technology enables additional rear-side power generation of up to 25%, depending on ground reflectivity and installation conditions, significantly improving real-world system performance.
Built using N-Type TOPCon monocrystalline cells, this module offers lower annual degradation (~0.40%), excellent resistance to PID, and superior weak-light performance, delivering more power during cloudy weather, haze, and early morning or late afternoon conditions. The SMBB / 16BB multi-busbar design reduces internal resistance and improves current collection, ensuring stable output throughout the module’s lifespan.
Designed for harsh outdoor environments, the ZXM7-UHLDD144 series is resistant to salt mist, ammonia, sand, high temperatures, and high humidity. It is mechanically certified to withstand 5400 Pa front-side load and 2400 Pa rear-side load, making it suitable for regions with strong winds and heavy snow.
